Managing Bayern Munchen Reserve Team

So I found out recently that you can pick Bayern Munchen II at the start of the game and actually be the Manager of Bayern Reserves. Seems like a cool feature, lot of ppl were asking for it, but now that it's here seems nobody is talking about it. Wonder if you guys have any experience playing as Bayern Reserves? Did anyone encountered any special interactions? Is your squad changing a lot during the year? Seems a bumer that you can't progress beyond the 3 bundesliga. Please share your experience if you have any. Thanks!

AS woolly says, it is, to all intents and purposes, a separate club, so when the 3rd tier entered the fray it became available to us.
Would be a nice pathway to follow if Bayern are in the habit of bringing the reserves coach up to first team.
