Managing in Germany, no cup competitions??

Hi All, Am managing Dresden in the German Bundesliga 2, I've not been involved in the cup competition, it seems to be running but my club are not in it. anyone else noticed this?

I think they have been banned from German Cup, because of their "supporters" (hooligans).

Great spot Monsi, googled it and they have been banned, jeeze does this game miss anything!!! guess i'll have to win the league
