Managing in the Bundesliga?

I've been considering starting a game in the bundesliga because of the lack of need for work permits, squad registration etc.What do you think of managing in the bundesliga? How would you compare it to the Premier League?Also, which clubs would you recommend to manage? Other than Bayern.

Budgets aren't great at the beginning but they bring through some great regens, just needs some patience. I reccommend Shalke or Wolfsburg, more challenging than dortmund of bayern. Leverkusen and Stuttgart are decent saves but require alot of patience.

Dortmund or Schalke,i know there 2nd and 3rd best teams but Dortmund are excellent going forward but need 1 or two quality signings to compete for the CL.Schalke have a great club structure with a few world class players
