Managment keeps buying **** for the team??

Hallo all managers.

Im currently playing as Auxerre. My management keeps buying free transfer players which i cant use (sucky stats) I cant seem to find the where i can control what comes in. I myself control which players comes in for first team. But cant seem to do anything about reserve team. ???

Anybody have any knowledge on how to change this?

They buy 1-2 new bad players each weekn it seems like...

Yep, under staff responsibilities - the same page where you set your responsible for First Team (scroll down if you need to - that caught me out at first lol)

Look at it this way- the board will be happy with all that transfer revenue when you sell them off.

I really doubt i can sell them for anything The stats on these guys are the some of the worst i have ever seen. The problem is i just got promoted with auxerre and i dont understand why they sign players for lowest leagues in the game? Maybe new scoutes? Or who should i replace, to make better "auto"-transfers.??
