I am currently managing arsenal in the year 2014, i have been offered the england job aswell and am not sure if taking it will be a good decision, i want to take it because i have never played as club and nation before but will it affect the way i do things with arsenal or make me spend less time concentrating on them ?

Well there is a break in domestic football when England play so it won't effect your time at Arsenal, however it will make your a bit longer, but that's really the only impact. On the bright side you mide find English players like you a bit more if you are successful and give players their debut meaning they are more likely to want to play for you at Arsenal.
