Manchester City - Defensive Midfilder & Rigth Back

Currently playing city, I'm in january and I'm looking for a Defensive midfilder (defensive role) and a right back (also defensive role).

I'm not interested in young player (already bought to prepare the futur ) but in a player who have already reach his full potential.

I have 50M€ to spend on those two players.

Is him really so good? I was thinking on signing him for my ManU game, but not sure if it is too much level club for him or if he only contributes for defensive game, no passing or so.

of course de rossi is better than annan, but i really like, he always has been a very good player for me but if you have the cash buy Daniele De Rossi, no doubt
