Manchester City Patch 9.3 (Players Needed)

Hello I need some good players for Manchester City I know there is alot of threads about Manchester City but this is patch 9.3.0 and not 9.2.0 anymore so players stats change.

I would like some suggestions on who to buy and who I should keep in the squad.

I have 73 million to spend first season so the help would be great thanks.

(I know this isnt the place for tactics but if anybody has a good one for that aswell send me a message in private just so I have not posted everything in the wrong section) Thank you!

well i would buy: Veloso or Hamsik (possibly both)
Vagner Love (amazing on 9.3)
Asenjo (great young keeper)

i would keep: Johnson (looks fairly decent)
Robinho (what can i say)
Ireland (decent player)
