Good Evening

Looking to develop my Manchester City team so they don't rely on a suger daddy any more. I am starting to make a profit but I have one huge stumbling block that is I pay 50% of my money on match day to the council.

1) I cant expand the stadium anymore as council won't give planning permission.
2) can I have a new ground built?

Any suggestions...

Thanks in advance

The problem lies with the stadium being part owned by the council, which is why they can refuse planning and take money etc. A difficult one
