Manchester City without arab money and CM 03/04

Right, i dont know where to look but id love it if someone could point me in the direction of these two things

• A database where Manchester City have lost the investment from the Arabs!!
• Also, my first taste of Football Management Sims was CM 03-04 so if someone knows where i can get an edited database for that id be grateful!!

1. If you go to the editor, you can set the chairman funds or what ever its called to 0. That way they will have no money. Then save the database.
2. This has been mentioned quite a few times. If you use the search im sure youll find something. Not sure if it has been made yet though mind.
