Manchester United - CB Stopper to replace the sold Nemanja Vidic -2011/12

I just got a $48 Million offer for Nemanja Vidic from Barcelona and needless to say, accepted it straight away. Now I have a transfer budget of 93 Million Euros.

I was thinking Kjaer, but he seems to be more of a ball playing defender rather than a physical wall. I'm not prepared to drop more than 40 Million on Chiellini, Lucio, Thiago Silva, etc.

Any thoughts?
