• The Formation I will opt for is a 2-3-1-3-1 Formation which I believe will give us great attacking strength as well as defensive support.
• I could possibly do with some strengthening at the back and in the central of midfield.

I am very pleased with how we are progressing and my tactic is becoming stronger, we have scored a magnificent 26 goals in 6 games with Robin van Persie bagging 10 goals in 5 league games.

Looking at the analysis of our last game against West Ham where we dominated and won 6 - 0, the Average Position indicator shows West Ham hardly had the ball in my half and we dominated the pitch with possession.
