his jumping's pretty poor for a cb but he would certainly make a nice rb/dm after retraining :)
 
He looks like he could develop into a good player he's even better on my save already
 
As Blackpool gaffer, I splurged £8.25m on Manoel, then watched in horror as he:

Got 5.90 on debut.
Cried off to Brazil as he was homesick.
Came back and got 5.80 on his comeback.
Handed in a transfer request as he wasn't getting regular first team football on his holibobs.
Got a pay rise as part of his contract, pushing up the wages of others who had highest earner clauses.
Promptly departed.

How I got my £8.25m back for him I'll never know. The joke's on Bordeaux, where he has managed sub-6.50 average ratings in his two seasons.

Suffice to say I would probably only recommend this player to mortal enemies.
 
I'm over it now though. Roderick Miranda has been a revelation, even bagging 9 goals in 25 starts this season. I also bought Matt Connolly from QPR, mainly cos I rate him IRL. Quality partnership.
