ManU - fitting the best players into a tactic (2015/2016)

I've been quite busy on the transfermarket but i'm having troubles selecting the right tactic for my team right now.

My team consists out of:

Defenders:
Vrsaljko, Jones, Smalling, Papadopoulos, Zouma, Jordi Alba, Fabio (and some computergenerated hot prospects)

midfielders:
Hamsik, Thiago, kagawa, cleverly, muniain, joel valencia, lucas moura, oxlade-chamberlain and some prospects

attackers:
Welbeck, chicharito, Neymar and C. fierro


I seem to have enough quality but i want to find a tactic that actually works and keeps my players happy (i'm concerned i got too many offensive players)

Do i put neymar on the right wing or leave chamberlain on it? Neymar is not as good as fierro and chicharito in finishing and i think i have alot of creativity in my team already.

Maybe i should play barça style? or a 4-2-2-2, 4-2-3-1?

EDIT: real offered me 42mil for hamsik (28y old already) i'm really doubting to sell him and buying a 25y/o player that is a ballwinner or something, i think i still need a player that can keep the ball in the team
