Manuel Neuer - Won't Sign New Contract.

I'm so confused. Manuel Neuer is without doubt my first choice keeper. He plays 80% of games a season (I have to play my second keeper in the others to keep him happy). Yet now that he only has 1 Month left on his current contract he wont sign a new deal.

I'm Aston Villa, but I've earnt world class rep over the last few years, winning majority of available trophies including 4 Champions Leagues and Premier Leagues.

I can probably pay him more than most others can, since I have a new sugar-daddy chairman.

Nobody has expressed an interest in him and I had the same issue with Kyriakos Papadopoulos. Which is that he wouldn't sign a new contract.

It's more strange that Papdopoulous has stayed with me despite only being on a month to month contract.

Anyone know if this is a bug?
 
Is Aston Villa in his favourite clubs? He might want a new challenge or something like others say to the press.
 
I just don't understand what else I have to do to get him to sign a new contract. He's my first choice keeper..
 
Ah, upon looking at his favoured clubs I've noticed that he doesn't want to play in Britain, Spain, Italy or France... Annoyingly.

Any way that I can change that?
 
Doubt it. He'll go where he wants after he runs his contract down unfortunately.

Try and find a decent replacement while you still have time
 
I paid a lot of money for both him and Hugo Lloris so I'll be okay
Just gutted he didn't want to hang around he's the best keeper by some way.
 
I'm surprised you managed to sign him in a first place.

As long as you have Lloris it shouldnt matter much though, he is just as good or better.
 
Surprised you got Neuer and Lloris in the same game.. Both are pretty happy at their respective clubs.. Plus their the games best keepers
