I can find lots of strikers for this price range, but just before i splash the cash.. have you guys got any reccomendations, i dont want a target man, im looking for a quick goalmachine. Im looking at buying Pato/Saurez atm.

Also need a CM, anyone reccomend a decent playmaker who's young and would fit into the united team well?

Vagner Love - Poacher + goal machine! And Sandro from Spurs (he's creative, but also very good defensively) You'll have to retrain him to CM, but he wont let you down.

I'll second that WonderManager - Pastore is amazing! Henrique struggles to settle in the EPL, and will be very inconsistant for the 1st season. After that (if you have the patience) he'll be phenomenal!

Don't buy Neymar, he's terrible in the Premier League. Maybe Cavani?

Neymar, from experience and despite what his stats look like, is a terribly inconsistent poacher, he'll score a hattrick one game then go 4/5 games without getting one at all. From reports I've heard on here, he is a cracking inside forward though on the wing.

looks like you have enough suggestions, I'll throw Seydou Doumbia in there for your poacher.
