Marcelo Bielsa"s 3 4 3 is killing my team!!

I have been managing everton fc and in my 3rd season Marcelo Bielsa joins man city and uses the 3 4 3 tactic which absolutely destroys my 4 5 1.
My tactic is useful against man united,tottenham,chelsea but i find no way to get past man city.
My previous teams also had problem with Marcelo Bielsa's 3 4 3.
Can someone suggest any tactic to beat it?

try a 4231 with 2 defensive mids ( maybe 1 of them playmaker or the AMC) and use a balanced or rigid attacking direct style
dont forget to sit deep
its better to have a fast guy up front poacher, af, cf
and the defense should probably man mark

If u can, try using the same 343 formation, should be working

Take a screenshot of the 3-4-3 version (press F12) used by Man City and upload it here, otherwise it's difficult to give you any advise at least without having a look at the tactic.
