What leagues you load to get him?

You have to load Uruguay. Yeah, he does need some work on the physical side but he is young. He has time on his side.

Gaaaah! Just found him, that's my wonderkid of the week entry scratched then... He must have some random attributes, he looks even better on mine when he is 17 at the start.

I'm not using the patch - you? Have they made him worse perhaps?

The screenshot in the OP is from patch 11.2, the screenshot from my Porto save in a post above is from 11.3. But yeah, I've tried him on other saves and he definitely has random stats.
