Leeds United Chariman Ken Bates has today signed Ben Dobson to the open managerial position left by ex boss Simon Grayson.
Grayson resigned in June 2009 after just 6 months in the Elland Road job stating family difficulties as the reason behind it.
Dobson is a very inexperienced manager, this being his first professional club, many see this as being too big a jump for him, but only time will tell.
In his first signing in the transfer market, new Leeds manager Ben Dobson has signed prolific Egyptian striker Emad Motaeb from Al-Ahly, he has scored 36 goals in 72 games for the Egyptian side and is proven at International level with 26 goals in 51 games.
The 26 year old has signed for an undiclose fee believed to be about 250k.
