Martin Eesti: Loan deal for the young Slovakian player. I would like to sign him permanently after loan deal ends.

Martin Eesti: He already played 4 games for Marleen in 2025 and now we had a chance to loan him again. Good solid CM.

Martin Eesti: South African Radebe is also on loan deal. Doing quite well and can play from DMC to AMC positions. So versatility is a good nickname for him. Although tackling and marking are not his best skills.

Martin Eesti: Chilean youngster who is playing for AML position for us. Doing good so far would like to see more teamwork and assisting so far his eyes are 100% turned to goal and not willing to pass for team mate who is in better scoring position. With 14 games 2 assists

Martin Eesti: Chinese young talent from Auxerre loaned. He is really good so far in the season and providing stability in front of our goal.

Martin Eesti: Matias was available for really cheap price only 275k £. Not playing key role in the team, but very good substitution if some rest is needed to give or injurie problems occur.

Martin Eesti: This was a big hit. Stevenson is playing in English 2 tier league and hopefully will get to the Premier League soon. If not with Swansea maybe some team will purchase him. We will get 50% of the next transfer fee. Of course new record transfer fee what Marleen FC has received for 1 player.

Martin Eesti: Dundalk offered decent enough amount of money 325k £ and he left. I was in between selling or keeping him, but I checked the last season performances and after discussion with coaching staff we decided to cash the youngster.

MARLEEN FC TARGETS FOR 2028 SEASON

1) Plan is to improve coaching staff. We need GK coach.
2) Irish Premier Division. So far great form and going for the title. Dundalk is the only team who can compete with us and they are10 points behind MarMar
3) Europe. We start again from the 1st qualification round and hopefully can reach further. This time from CL
4) Improve training and youth facilities. Need to perform well in Europe to bring in money for improvements
5) Transfer market. Want to sign 2-4 good free transfers in the summer. Too many loan players need to reduce their amount. I really love to see that there are more and more players who are willing to join us and start negotiations at least.

Martin Eesti: Izzy was a fantastic free transfer. He was from Chelsea academy and quickly took first team place. In Champions League his performances were not the best, but we were against very strong teams.

Martin Eesti: Veliz is another superb capture from free transfer market. Problem was that he could not play for us, because he already played for 2 different clubs in this season. I believe he is a great striker and training him to be able to play in AMR

Martin Eesti: Albino is only 18 years old and he got already 12 caps and 3 goals in Philippines national team. And 2 scouts told that he has loads of potential so he could be even next Iniesta. We will see and looking forward to see him improve.

Martin Eesti: Montoro first season in Marleen was not spectacular, but I have belief in him. Mentally he is excellent player and very young only 18. Got him from Cadiz only for 325k £

Martin Eesti: Marrero is 20 years old AML. We were lacking good quality and backup in that position. 190k £

Martin Eesti: Sublime signing for Marleen FC. We increased the number of Irishman playing in our Ireland team. He is with outstanding speed and stamina + super work rate and off ball mover. He has very good technique and passing. He played so far only for the Shamrock Rovers and we got him for 550k £. I told few months earlier to my chief scout to take a look in Britain and see if we have any good player who is Irish. He will stay for years and due to brilliant leadership (16) skill I will consider to put him a captain in the future.

Martin Eesti: I did not wanted to sell Williams. 4.4 million £ is of course new record for Marleen FC. Great player and hope that he will have a chance to play in Premier League. 51 games 12 goals and 22 assists + 10 MoM. Excellent statistics

Martin Eesti: Gabarri was key member and good finisher. with 86 games 38 goals and 24 assists + 8 MoM. He was purchased by Gijon and went straight to Spanish First Division. The tough competition and several levels higher league standard pushed back his wonderful statistics. 10 games 1 goals and average rating 6.54. I am keeping my eye on his development and maybe can buy him back later with cheap price.

Martin Eesti: Remmo was influental player for MarMar. He managed to play this season magnificent football for Marleen FC. As a DC he scored 3 times assisted also 3 times and averaged in 21 games 7.56

Martin Eesti: Dundalk did their best and hold tension up, but even after selling one of our best players we managed to get equal or better players in and finished the season in quite amazing fashion

Martin Eesti: Can be proud of this fabulous achievement in Irish football. We managed to reach to the Group stage in CL. This was tremendous boost for our finances and hopefully reputation. We managed to get 2 points and finished last in the group.

IRELAND OFFERED JOB FOR MARTIN EESTI

Martin Eesti: I kindly had to refuse this very tempting offer. It would of been huge honor to lead Ireland national team, but I want to focus on thing and this is making Marleen FC into world class team. A long journey and taking another huge responsibility with national team would decrease the speed and focus on MarMar.

Martin Eesti: Jim decided to take the Ireland national team assistant manager position. Good luck for him and hope he can proceed the excellent results that he helped to build in our team. I support his decision and hope Ireland will get good results.

Martin Eesti: Welcome Martinez. He has super level of adaptability so he will quickly blend in and looking forward to work with him. On skill level he is not as good as Jim was, but we did not have much room in salary level to bring anyone better. After finishing most successful season and boosting our finances with sales and European bonuses we might strengthen all areas of the club in the near future.

FINANCES

Martin Eesti: Marleen FC had best season so far and we have very strong financial stability. Urging club board on every possible moment to invest money to upgrade facilities. So far not much convincing had to be done to get agreement from their side what is wonderful. Well to be honest if we have the funds why not to use them. Second big target is to build our own stadium in the future. For this purpose we need to pump more money into the club, because building a new stadium is terrible expensive. I have requested to enlarge the stadium capacity because our average attendance is near the maximum limit already. Marleen FC is going stronger each season and I am enjoying the process while being in charge of this magnificent club.

Martin Eesti: Extremely happy with this purchase and the chief scout idea to scout a little bit in the north Europe. Mark my words "he will be in Finland national team soon" Only 18 years old, but he has taken first team spot. I hope he can stay for longer period of time with MarMar and bring glory and big wins for us

Martin Eesti: Tomas was highest payed transfer for Marleen with 650k £. Very young and already proved himself as a first team member in Slovakian First division with very good run of games. He will take CM position and can play as CDM and DC also.

Martin Eesti: Juan Zuluaga was recommended for us and I did not hesitated to sign him. He needs to improve, but I believe he will be essential asset to the team in next few years to come.

Martin Eesti: Very interesting offer, but not for me. We started season with bad results and now we need to get back in winning fashion and compete for the title in Irish Premier Division. In first 3 games 2 ties and 1 loss.

MARLEEN FC TARGETS FOR 2029 SEASON

1) We are still in process of getting better coaches and increase the speciality of training sessions. Last season we got only 1 better fitness trainer and urgent is to get a good GK coach.
2) Irish Premier Division. Awful start in 3 games. Need to quickly build up winning team and compete for the title.
3) Europe. Champions League success last season was tremendous and we will try to do our best to repeat it this season
4) Improve training and youth facilities. As you can see we have spent a lot of money what we earned last season on this improvements.
5) Transfer market. We sold last season players for 13.5 million £. This is outstanding result. Our target is to be well focused and get best bargains from the market. What is great is that there are more and more players willing to join MarMar and also we have funds to purchase players we do not need to search only from free transfer market.

Martin Eesti: After first 3 games were we managed to get only 2 points we turned our game around and went to winning streak what is still ongoing. 13 games we have won in a row and we are finally in pole position. In between we lost 1 game in League Cup against St Pat´s Athletic. I used youth players and ones who are not playing enough for the first team in the league. Very good part of the year.

Martin Eesti: I am now satisfied with coaching team. Of course if we have a chance to get any better coaches I will do my best to sign them. The goal is to be in every skill at least 4.5 stars. Long way to go, but through reputation increase I think we could achieve it in 3-4 seasons.

Martin Eesti: We got Kendell for free. He already spent 2 loan deals in our club and I was very happy to make the deal pernament

Martin Eesti: Young Austrian lad has good future ahead of him, but needs to show great improvements in next seasons to stay in first team. Back up DC and due to injuries played important part this season.

Martin Eesti: This Welsh guy Shane has very good prospect to grow quickly key member of Marleen FC. After signing him from free transfer market (earlier Liverpool youth player) Welsh team Qonnah´s Quay loaned him. So far playing excellent football there

Martin Eesti: Another young talent from Liverpool. I will give him a chance next season. Good winger for future

Martin Eesti: We payed for Jason 1 million £ and he is earning by far the highest salary in the team 25.5k £ per month. He has 1.5 million release clause what worries me, but his annoying agent refused to make any deal without this clause. So trying to get best out of him and if possible give him a new contract in near future without release clause or at least putting it in 8 figure number. He has already capped 17 games for Australia and scored in 5 of them. One of the best players in our team.

Martin Eesti: Another youngster from free transfer market. Earlier Newcastle youth. He went for a loan in Connah´s Quay like Shane Thornley and so far shining like a true star there with 9 goals in the league in 13 games.

Martin Eesti: We got Nenad for relatively cheap price 625k £ from AS Saint-Etienne. What I truly like about this french lad is the attitude in training. He is the best training so far and showing a lot of promise to get better and better. In League he played below par but on the other hand in Europe showed good form.

Martin Eesti: There was a clear need for DR because of injuries and he was our option. Cheap and was marked for sale 175k £.

Martin Eesti: Manchester United youth who was available in free transfer. Sent him to League 2 to play for Carlisle.

Martin Eesti: He was in super hot form 15 goals in 18 games and helping us to win game after game. Unfortunately he had release clause and he refused contract renewal from our side. Not good, but what could we do.

Martin Eesti: Izzy only 19 year old and our club board accepted offer from Championship side Middlesbrough with staggering amount of 5.25 million £. He managed to play in 26 league games for Marleen and scored 6 times + gave 3 assists and was chosen MoM twice

Martin Eesti: Unbelievable success. We managed to win Milan twice and got a draw against Rangers and this means superb 3rd position in the group and we continue our Euro road in February and March in Euro Cup. And on top of all that we managed to earn prize money in huge amounts. Lovely and looking forward for knockout games.

Martin Eesti: He was performing well in all competitions. 28 goals in the league. And he is getting better each season so far 74 goals 18 assists and 17 MoM for Marleen FC in 116 league games.

Martin Eesti: After superb game in home where we managed to win 2:1 I had big hopes even to succeed and get to next round. I took counter attack approach in away game and it was awful decision because DC Seman had one of the worst games for MarMar. Also our wide wingers from who I expected quick and quality chances from counter attacks were totally out of the picture hole game. So Marleen FC was brought back to reality. It still takes time to compete in higher level and sometimes luck plays big part of the final result. This time Fiorentina deserved their win and we just played badly due to my poor tactics and some players who were not able to play their usual level of football.

Martin Eesti: Future star player for us I am certain of that. Very young and super talented (our scouts reported) and almost for free 425 £ payed for him to Ilves. He played 29 games already in Finnish Premier League and scored 6 times + 2 assists. I plan to use him this season and next I hope he will take Key first team member position. We will see, but I am really happy to got him.

Martin Eesti: 350k £ for Giovanny. I am once again pleased with this deal. He scored in his debut league game and super brave dude do not hold himself back in tackles and air duels. Team work and work rate already in world class levels. Looking to be very useful player for us.

Martin Eesti: 575k £ for young Argentinian center back. Tomas is tall and versatile player. Using him as a fullback and hoping big things from him in the near future.

Martin Eesti: Kennedy is very interesting signing for us. We had to pay only 50k £ for him and while he is still teenager he has super scoring ability. He played for N.Ireland Danske Bank Premier for Cliftonville and scored amazing 27 goals in only 62 games + 5 assists and he was chosen MoM 6 times. I hope he improves his finishing skill and he will be deadly striker!

Martin Eesti: I agreed to pay quite lucrative fee for this young 17 year old lad. My scouts touted him as next Haaland. So 1.3M £ is a small risk, but I was willing to take it because he already have brilliant skills. He was also loaned back and Kristiansund themselves asked to keep him for 1 more year.

Martin Eesti: Hellewell was very good player, but I got 2 young future stars who need playing minutes and Brentford had clear interest for the player so things developed quickly.

Martin Eesti: Lagha was useful player for us. But little bit inconsistent with form. Some games perfect and several goals and assists, but then easily could happen that next 3 games are like a ghost in the field. So 2.1M £ offer from Algerian side ES Setif was too good to refuse.

Martin Eesti: Rio was a youngster who did not get a chance in Marleen FC. He was found twice missing morning training sessions and information arrived to me that he left the nightclub on both occasions in the same mornings. So not much thinking and I transfer listed him after second incident. Somewhere you need to draw the line. First time I had serious talk and warned him + 1 week fine, but second incident happened just 2 weeks after the first one and the young lad is only 18 years old. Now playing in League one and already scored twice for Solihull Moors. Maybe there are less night clubs to spend time in Solihull? Anyway I hope Rio changed his attitude and behaviour and will be a true superstar in the future.

MARLEEN FC TARGETS FOR 2030 SEASON​

1) Coaching staff upgrade if possible
2) Irish Premier Division title. No less is accepted
3) Europe. CL do our best and reach to group stage.
4) Improve tyouth facilities. Training facilities in highest State of Art level already.
5) Transfer market. If I have chance I will spend money, but now we buy only players who are better than current first 11 players. So more scouting and analyzation before signing new players. Selling is not in plans, but if Arabic money comes and hits with the moneyfist straight to the face then we will accept the offer. I guess the club board will accept not me.

Martin Eesti: Clement is wonderful young talent and helping to bolster the right back position. He has loads of potential to get a real beast in the right side not only in defense but also supporting Marleen FC attacks.

Martin Eesti: This is a huge signing for MarMar. I would like to thank once again our super scouting team. Only 550k £ for this 18 year old Scottish youngster. He is already the best LB in our team and can be a real future superstar. I hope we manage to hold him for longer period of time and he could be the key factor in next 5 years to help Marleen FC win Europe trophy? Look at these crazy stats he has been playing for Hamilton 73 games while being only 18 years old.

Martin Eesti: Castellano was relatively cheap purchase only 180k £ and will be playing a back up winger role this season. If he manages to show good results in training and league fixtures he might get a regular first 11 place.

Martin Eesti: Marrero 22 year old was getting better and better each game. He was in real fire this season 11 games 8 goals, 6 assists, 4 MoM and Average rating 7.99 Saudi Arabian money bags hit our chairman badly and result was that Marrero left for 7.5M £. Good luck Luis I hope soon you will be purchased back to European club and play in the highest standard league. You deserve it!

Martin Eesti: 20 year old Zuluaga was exceptional player for us. 39 games 32 goals and 22 assists 13 MoM this is awesome. There were a lot of interest on him and finally FC Porto managed to snap him for our club record holding fee 9.25M £. I am a little bit disappointed, but work goes on and we do our best to sign worthy substitute for this great Columbian player.




FIXTURES

Martin Eesti: 24 games out of witch we won 23 and tied 1 game. We conceded only 19 goals. Separately I will bring out so far the season most interesting game against our only real rivals in the League Dundalk

Martin Eesti: That was one **** of the game. O´Connor red card on the 33rd minute make our chances bad and after Dundalk successful penalty on the 72nd minute when scoreline turned 2:4 I changed tactics and went all out to attack. It does not matter if you lose 2:5 or 2:6. We were lucky because Dundalk had at least 3 very dangerous counter attacks and once the rattled the post, but final results after Ondo´s double (he finished game with hat trick) was good 4:4 draw.

Martin Eesti: I Abellan is experienced good GK who is brought to back up our main GK Wolff if he gets injured. He did not impress me in his first 3 games. We conceded 9 goals what is not acceptable. Looking much more from him.

Martin Eesti: Peralta is 18 year old Uruguayan striker who will play big part of our team in next seasons. We payed 3.5M £ for him for Boca. He is already doing good and has shown tremendous increase in skills lately.

Martin Eesti: Ramos exciting prospect but not good enough for Marleen first team yet. So after signing him for 250k £ I decided to sent him out for a loan to gain experience and improve his skills.

Martin Eesti: Exactly the same words as it went for Ramos. Takacs has promising speed and good skills, but sent him on a loan deal. We got him from free transfer market.

Martin Eesti: Obeso is a back up player for LB position. We just have way too many games in short period of time and Bell the main LB needs to get some rest. Payed 275k £ for him and he is doing good so far.

Martin Eesti: Kecskes is formidable striker who we got for only 450k £. In the League he was good but in CL he did an impressive job. With 10 games he managed tooooo score 6 times and assist also 6 times. He gets 32.5k £ per month what is second highest in our club.

Martin Eesti: Another forward, but for free. Zhukov is talented and one of the oldest players in our team 24 years old. He has the highest salary with 38k £ per month.

Martin Eesti: The reason why we signed so many forwards was here we sold 2 good wingers forwards. One is here Luis Ondo. 77 games For Marleen FC 40 goals 17 assists and 3 MoM. This season crazy hat trick against Dundalk I guess was his highlight where we managed to equalize 4:4.

Martin Eesti: Boura 23y was good, but younger and talented Obeso, Marin, Francois and Romero need playing time and I had to make this difficult decision. Monza made an offer before I put him to transfer list.

Martin Eesti: Toby Yates iconic player for Marleen FC. Super 134 games excellent 82 goals good 22 assists and 19 MoM. Wish him all the best in his career.

Martin Eesti: It was one of the most humiliating defeats in my career. Yes most of our main team was in International duties, but still to concede 6 goals is way too much.

Martin Eesti: Ismael Martinez went to Rangers and I am really happy to announce that we managed to find and replace Martinez with much better skilled and experienced Pearce. Jason played professional football in different levels in England leagues unfortunately missed out chance to play in highest standard Premier League. He is a great coach and superb people manager + his judging abilities are both very high 15. Motivating maximum 20. I am sure we will have a impressive collaboration and he will help to get best out of our players.

Martin Eesti: Finally club board agreed at least to expand the stadium. All request in pas couple of years have been one by one rejected. I would like that Marleen FC would think in future and build at least 30 000 all seated stadium, but this is too far fetched and I am still pleased to see that small steps are made to improve our stadium. What is incredible is that we move to the 51 700 seated stadium for the upgrade time.

Martin Eesti: Marleen FC has extended scouting network all over world and I got very interesting feedback from Iran. This guy Dadras is very exciting prospect for future.

Martin Eesti: For this young Argentinian Marleen FC payed 3.3M £ and he has scored already 7 goals in 8 games in the league. First team player and hoping that he change around recent decline in training sessions.

Martin Eesti: Another South American youngster and in my personal point of view he is absolute bargain. Only 500k £ for him and I am sure he will be called to Columbian national team soon. Pablo Escobar interesting name he has I made my staff do some investigation and it is clear he is not close relative for the famous Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria.

Martin Eesti: Kerr is an good option as cup GK. Back up for Wolff.

Martin Eesti: Papuli is 18 year old Macedonian who has got already 11 caps. He had set transfer fee of only 450k £ so I had to get him before any bigger club will arrive on the horizon. Looking good, but when I get clear interest for a loan deal I will let him go for a season to mature and get more experience.

Martin Eesti: Diarra is young winger and training him for left side player currently. Just look at her wonderful stats. Technique 15, passing 14, First touch 12, dribbling 14, Crossing not so good 9. + Flair 16, Acceleration 15, speed 13, off the ball 12, work rate 14 and remind you that he is only 18 years old. Good future waits for this lad.

Martin Eesti: We payed for 20 year old Serbian attacker Kukolj 1.2M £ and sent him back to loan to Partizan. Waiting him next season even better than he is now.

Martin Eesti: On this young superstar I wasted a lot of money and time double and even third time check and advice meetings. All together 6.5M £ payed to Banik Ostrava and his signature were signed. My chief scout plus 2 other scouts agreed that he might be the brightest star in the game in next years for DR position and told that up to 8M £ to pay for him is more than ok. So I even took my time and visited Banik Ostrava home game where he played super game and help team win game 2:0. After the game I arranged meeting with him and his agent. It took exactly 7 days more and he was Marleen FC player. I promised him a lot of things like we will win the League and domestic cups + he will be influential first team player. But he will be the player who is hopefully cornerstone of European title in the future.

Martin Eesti: Montoro was good player but did not shine in the league and also not in Continental games. There was quite a big interest for this 21 year old midfielder. So we got 6.5M £ for him.

Martin Eesti: Ukrainian striker went back to Ukrainian Premier League Desna. Got 3.1M £ for him.

Martin Eesti: After the purchase of Jan Cernin I decided to sell 1 defender. Tomas had some interest to leave to higher standard league and team so he left for 1M £

MARLEEN FC TARGETS FOR 2031 SEASON

1) Still find best coaches on the market to improve our training results. At least 4.5 stars to each category is final aim
2) Irish Premier Division. Win it of course. Would love to do a season without no defeats
3) Europe. CL make it to group stages and give a good fight to finish in top 2 if possible and be the first Irish team to get to the knockout games in Champions League
4) Ask for new stadium. The expansion will be finished in the end of the season, but it will still not meet the requirements and increased MarMar fans armada
5) Transfer market. Want to be active and willing to spend more and more money on future superstars. What we can promise to these young lads is lot of playing time and good training conditions + chance to play at so early age in Champions League. Transfers according to situation. If a lot of players are injured in certain position then need to act quickly and get replacement

Martin Eesti: Free transfer from Souht Africa. Badu is young midfielder who has bright future a head of him.

Martin Eesti: I am extremely pleased with this signing. The input what I got from scouts were fantastic and I decided to put him in Superstars short list. After 3rd round of scouting there was information tht Burzynski is interested to join and transfer fee what will be asked be Dortmund will be ridiculously cheap 1-2M £. We managed to get him for only 1.2M £ + we have an extra clause to extend his contract + 1 year. He is only 17 but will be first team member this season. Possible in the future next Nesta! Martin Eesti: Young Congolese striker Kabuya we got from free transfer market. Breakthrough prospect. Good speedy boy with nice level finishing, flair, composure, first touch, dribbling and technique.

Martin Eesti: Ramadani was another good find from free transfer market. Due to the big amount of players I loaned him to Bohemians and I hope he will get good load of experience and come back stronger and better player.

Martin Eesti: We got Dimovski for free, but he needs to improve his skill and is currently in loan list. Not good enough for Marleen FC first team yet.

Martin Eesti: I gave our club chief scout task to scout Ireland youth players from all over UK. There are plenty of managers who are ****** that I bring in only foreign talent. Yes I admit that I want only the best players and I do not care about the Nationality. But Marleen FC is from Ireland and we should keep at least few Ireland players in our team. We got Dolan for free and he trained earlier with Tottenham.

Martin Eesti: Now after signing the young Turkish forward Özgen I feel that I made too quick and not rational move. Marleen FC payed 5M £ for him and he is not even worthy for first team games. Well I hope if not this season next season he will sparkle and start to impress me. We got him for the end of 2035 season.

Martin Eesti: Wolff played 125 league games for us and conceded only 123 goals. He is European top GK for sure. Not yet world class, but not far from that. Club record breaking fee 15M £ and now he is official Hoffenheim player.

Martin Eesti: Wolff record fee 15M £ did not lasted long. His deal was closed on the 17th of July 2031 and Stephen Asamoah deal to Leeds was finished on the 20th of July 2031. Crazy how the transfer fee increased from 12M £ to final 29.5M £. The transfer saga started already in the 2nd of July and there were at least 15 clubs who were highly interested + 10 or so who had small interest. Young Finnish forward who I used most of the time as a winger is now playing in English Championship. I really hope they can get promotion soon and Stephen can show his great skills in Premier League. But just think about it once. 29.5M £ is outstanding sum of money. Martin Eesti: I offered Pearce new contract but he decided to move to Norwich. Little bit disappointed, but only because he was so good at his job and now finding a same level replacement will be a tough challenge.
