Masking Player attributes in FM13

I managed to untick the 'mask player attributes' option when I set the game up. (so I can see all player attribute scores/ratings). My brother bought the game and wants to do the same, but can't remember how I did it ;-) Is it in the initial game installation or is it in somewhere in game preferences, or elsewhere within an actual individual game setup?

Appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction.

Its when you are picking what leagues you want, After you have selected the nations. Should be at the bottom with a few other options
