Mass Staff Retirements

Towards the end of my 2nd season a large amount of managers and staff just suddenly retired including Ferguson. I forgot the exact number but there was over 10. (I forgot others but they all managed top european teams)

Is this a bug? I don't have the same problem with player retirements at least I haven't noticed any so far.

maybe it's just EPL? The turnover for manager positions seem to be very frequent

i think its just the epl because no one has retired in spain

Well Fergies bound to retire it would be unrealistic having managing when he is 78 haha
