Well, after a successful season, winning approx £50m in prize money, and selling approx £65m worth of players, I find myself with nearly £120m to spend on players - But thanks to the real Chelsea, and this game being so real, I can't spend it, due to the transfer ban

Just update the game to Patch 10.3 and start again, or you may be able to use FMRTE to remove it
