Match engine jumpy/lagging on all settings

Hi guys,
I have an annoying problem with my game. The match engine in 3D is jumpy/lagging/stuttering at times. I doesn't matter what graphic quality is set. Very high or very low, it's still the same (even with changed resolutions, skins or windowed/full screen modes).
I think I have a quite good computer:

Intel Core i7-3770 3.4 GHz
8 GB RAM
Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC graphic card
Win 7 64bit

It really spoils the experience for me. Could anyone help me?

I'm looking for the same help mate......

It's ruining the game for me, Can only play for 10mins then I have to turn it off t's so frustrating!

Even clicking on squad etc can lag it out and have to wait 6-7 just to see it

I also have a good laptop spec like yours so it can't be that
