I based the players leaving on their loyalty to the club, people like Scholes, Giggs, Ferdinand probably wouldn't leave United, same with Barca and Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol and Messi.
 
Fair enough you could put them as Coaches : ) if you wanted to a good idea anyway good luck with this :)
