Interesting idea, would be great if you could expand this and make the top 5/6 from each league demoted and mix up the players slightly more

I based the players leaving on their loyalty to the club, people like Scholes, Giggs, Ferdinand probably wouldn't leave United, same with Barca and Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol and Messi.
