Match postponed, is this regular or new in FM12?

Yeah, just wondering - was about to play Accrington Stanley with Plymouth in the league and just before kick-off it was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.

Aint complaining, I personally thought it was a nice touch, more realism to the game - but in all my years of playing football manager, it's the first time I can think of that a game's been postponed minutes before kick-off because of a waterlogged pitch or poor weather etc.

Yeah, sure game's get re-arranged all the time because they might clash with other games that different - but from what's happened to me - I was impressed with SI, nice touch.

So has anyone experianced this before? Or have I just been not noticing it..

Had it a few times. I like it personally-clogs up fixture list makin it more realistic

I found this happens more often when a stadium's ground condition is bad. In one of my saves there were 4-5 BSN games postponed on the same day.

Yeah, in Lower leagues it happens like 2 or 3 times a year.

I remember somebody posting that they postponed a game for snow somewhere in south of italy where it haven't really snowed for decades!! lol
