Match Prep Problem

For the last two seasons I have not been able to get anywhere near fully competent in a formation before the first match of the season. I have had team blend on very high since my squad came back from holiday and this is what the levels have got to.

Any ideas why this would be the case and what I can do to fix it?

Bit off topic, but your bars are much larger than mine, any idea why ?
