Match Preparation - A Quick Question

I tried to search for the answer, but couldn't find a specific thread for the question...

Does increasing the Match Preparation Workload speed up or slow down the team getting more familiar with the tactics?

In other words, does setting the workload mean they spend more time learning the tactics set; or do they spend more time on the Additional Focus Area?

"Match preparation only effects how familiar the players are with the tactic, so having it on anything other than very low when your team has 100% learned your tactic will be taking away time from their training schedules."

Just a quick google search, not sure if this is the case but it makes sense.
