Match rules/squad rules

Hello,

Can anyone tell me the difference bettwen these two things? i always have doubts. For example wich one to choose if i want to have only 4 strangers and 2 of them in first 11. and no more than that. i see that somewhere there is more than those selected,like 6 7 8 etc...but i dont want that. tnx

if you want that you need to set this:

SQUAD RULES- no more than 4 foreign players in squad

MATCH RULES- no more than 2 foreign players in first 11

so there wont be 5 foreigners in whole club?
