Matt Lecointe - Hidden Wonderkid?!

So Matt Lecointe is now a 3.5 star rated player in my second season with Plymouth.. He has scored 57 goals in 63 games and is valued at 800k with 5* potential, but his reports just say 'Has the potential to become a key player'.
So my question is, what is his actual PA? thanks!
