About me: Having never really managed outside of the Big 3 countries (England, Spain, Italy) I wanted a new challenge. I have been playing FM since it was CM but only got a bit more tactically tuned in the last couple of years. Last year I had a highly successful tactic for FM11,( Matti's Goal Machine 12.1 - Downloads - Football Manager 2012 Tactics, Wonderkids & Cheats ). However it has never hit the same spot for FM12, it's good but not fool proof. So while i give that a little rest for fresh inspiration, I thought I would try the Pentagon Challenge.
The Challenge:You start unemployed with a Sunday League reputation and you try to win all five continental Champions Leagues(European Champions League, South American Champions League, Asian Champions League, African Champions League and North American Champions League) in one save game. Once you win all five your status will be cemented as some sort of FM God. So from this point on I will update with me diary inputs of where I have got up to.
It begins August 2011: I have selected starting nations as, Australia, Argentina, Uraguay, China, Spain, England, France, Mexico,Brazil, USA, and South Africa. Lets see who will give me a job?
