Been looking/trying to create a Pochettino tactic for some time. Finally found this one. Won the league with Southampton in the first season. Anyone found this tactic as successful?

THFC and Jordan - as a Saints fan, allow me to moderate. We both have good football teams who are capable of excellent individual match performances, but not capable - at the moment - of winning anything substantial. The future, as ever, lays ahead.
