McEachran vs Cairney

I am Leeds in 2012/13 season.

Already have Cairney on my books but is currently on loan at Wolves getting games under his belt.
McEachran is still at Chelsea and available for 4-5m.

Am i better keeping Cairney or signing McEachran?
