Brother!!! I think you have turned my entire fate in the vanarama Conference around. Now it's Me and my £150 p/w Chief Scout at Tonbridge winning matches...three in a row now. It's mostly 4-4-2 though. I would post screenshots at the end of the season.
 
How have you chosen what to apply early in the season, when no weak formations have been established?
 
Just as i promised. Completed the season. I got mixed results in the end though...i believe a few improvements can be made but in all it is an interesting way of playing Football Manager.
Good league finish for a team predicted to end up in 19th position. The fight for the playoff spot was down to the wire. Too many injuries thwarted our chances of making it. I also feel the Box-Box Midfielder role which would be effective in a bigger league was far from generic for the Vanarama Conference Kinda players. I used the tactics without low tempo. Would try the previous versions next season.
