Megapack All Nations and Competitions - Need to be updated

Well FM 2013 as been released the last patch, but i can´t play a few countries in the game, if it's possible to update that please? (If Possible).
Sad i can´t have a chance to play 3 divisions on Kiribati, because i found all the real Team Name List here on this website:

And can you guys update more teams are in the List already like Hong Kong? Just one league is not enough, if the Database can´t show more teams, so let them stay.

It would be good if someone knew an answer because I downloaded this file recently and even put in a report about how the file doesn't explain where it goes and have yet to get a response.
