Memory problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please please help, i keep getting this message coming up on my p.c. saying that memory is running dangerously low on my football manager 2010. I have made some room by going through some files and deleting the biggest, but it still comes up. Has any one else had this problem or know some one who has had problem. What should i do?

Try closing all processes in background etc on CTRL ALT + DEL etc...
