Just about to get to start of second season with PSV and PSG have come in with a £58 million bid.

He was my 2nd top goal scorer last season playing from lm with 23 goals and 13 assists do i take the money or is he irreplaceable?

Julian Draxler is a worthy replacement. (He just went to Barcelona for 17.5m in my save, in 2017 atm though)

Accept that bid if you need the money to improve the rest of your squad, if you are happy with the rest of your squad don't accept, try to drive the price up.

I got Neymar as a replacement for him on my United save maybe a bit out of PSV's wage budget but Madrid offered £60m, I accepted, saw that Barcelona were interested in Januzaj so offered Januzaj + 60m (including addons) and they accepted. Neymar is a beast for me.

as replacements you could buy Rotariu,Januzaj,Meyer,Brandt,Iancu,Barkley...
a lot of options,and you can improve your squad.
