Mentally Strong Tutors

I need a few tutors for my Arsenal team. I brought in Raul on loan, to tutor Iker Muniain, and Mbaye Niang.
However, I am also hoping to find tutors for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (AMR/AML), Emmanuel Frimpong (DM), Ryo Miyachi (AML) and Papadopolous (DC/DM).

I also have a list of a few good tutors.

Who should I get to tutor my youngsters?

The trick with tutors is to get someone mentally strong who plays in a similar position/role of the player you want to tutor. Also choose someone that has some PPMs you want your player to learn. If they are good enough for the first team then that is also a bonus.
