Ok, Let's see; I need to explain lots of thing first, i use to play a little different;

I was using a 41221'ish tactic which was nearly succesful in my 1st season. My manager attributes is like this;

As you can see, it is hard for me to manage players easily. Because of my old tactic i need new players and because of GALA's bank account i need to sell players so i decided to sell lots of players and just keep:
Muslera GK
Semih Kaya DC
Koray Gunter DC
Emre Colak AMRLC

And one more thing; I love to train DC's into DRL's so i trained Koray to DRC and Semih to DLC.

so as you can see all transfers are made for my old tactic. I do not have enough strikers, Savitsky is trained to be one, and my full backs are trained from central defenders. I don't have anyone with "bullet throw-in" speciality or even my MC's doesn't have Long shots more than 13.

keep in mind, tactic familarity level is not fluid yet, i dont have a player with bullet throw ability, just one good striker "Javier Hernandez" other are too young or even not strikers, my MC's have long shots less than 13

this is a good tactic i can see it

i will update some more ss after the season ends

and i will shape my squad for this tactic

with 5 teams :-P (yes i like to play fm that way :p)

I'm going to have a blast with my Newcastle team, solid midfielder's and plenty of strikers for Newcastle
 
How important is the OI for this tactic? Its not something I like to use so just wondered. Also is this tactic any good defensively?
 
So who are people using for these long throws & long shots? I can't see any mention of names. Who have people found that are good for this?
