If anybody needs an RB for the lower leagues I suggest getting Ryan Leonard from Southend. He has a 17 for long throw and possesses a long flat throw. I've taken Southend to the Premier League using numerous tactics and he has always performed well beyond his ratings suggest. Now with this tactic he's going to flourish even more!! Him and my left back are in team of the week every week!
