Merchandising as a Chinese Club

If you're managing in China, does anyone know if you can still get merchandising clubs as normal? That is, can the Chinese club have an American or Japanese merchandising club?

i am managing in china and yes they can, although they get a fixed ammount while the other club gets % of sales in china.

Is the fixed amount the usual 100,000 or whatever that you normally pay to your merchandising feeder?
