Should I teach Messi to play short simple and to move into channels? will these PPM restrict him and stop him dribbling?

coaches like most staff are not always right

that would sort of encourage it and it would force him to play shorter and quicker, but you might deter him from being effective at running at defenders and picking out perfect passes to team mates...

Yh I think I won't ask him to learn them then, are there any moves that would benefit him?

Cuts inside

he probably wont unlearn any of those and he will most definately decline you asking him to learn more as he will most probably say he does not want to complicate his game anymore....
