mesut ozil re-training

i searched the boards and couldnt find anything specifically about retraining, so i was just wondering if anyone has done it? my assistant manager recomends that i have ozil play AMC but i want to play him AML as i have T muller an the AMC position, i know ozil has v good positional rating for this, but im wondering if i retrain in this position if he will get better or if it wont make a difference?

Ozil plays Best as AML .

He will still do the job from the left. He plays there for AC in my save.

Hes Natural is AMC, but his stats are more prone to be better for Winger play.
Try him in both positions and see in what he preforms better in your team.

Play him AML as an Advanced Playmaker.. destroys teams.
