Ramires and Ozil are not similar players, Chelsea have the money to buy a bunch if they want to, Ozil would make a good replacement for Lampard in a few years, and may want to try get him now before he joins a bigger club and his value inflates.

Liverpool were linked with him before the World Cup, no chance of him coming here now, unless we get owners in A.S.A.P. I doubt him going United, a lot. I think sort of Juventus, AC Milan, are in with a good chance.
