So i was in desperation with my usual tactics and I started testing with some tactics that i saw here in the forums, i tried:
Christian Erikson (the control Ajax) Nice tactic, I tweaked as far as i can to adapt the tactic to Los Rayados Monterrey (Mexican League) i won more games that tied and lost, but lost the important games (Clasico Regio - Derby of the North Mexico).
433 Scheme by far the tactic that i like the most but i couldn't get it to work every time, i lost 2 key games versus lower league opponents and got mad and erased! But good tactic.
Supermike v1 & v2, both are great but it is hard to have 3 Central defenders healthy every time and one as a sub, sometimes i used my DM as the BPD Stopper with good result. I get to many fouls and yellow cards!
After all that testing I was talking to a friend of mine who coaches an university football team and he gave me good ideas.
I started creating this idea that was 4 defenders (2FB Defend duty and 2 CD- 1 cover and the other stopper).
In the midfield i have 3 players (1BWM, DLP & RP all in support)
In the wings i have 2 advanced playmakers in support duty.
Up front a False Nine.

I know that i got excited i just used but I've been trying to get a solid control tactic with attack and i think that i got it, i don´t know if this works for you guys. these are my result at the moment, in the cup i play only with my Sub 20s and 18s no senior player plays there. The league game that i lost, I still don´t get how that happen, It was a weird game they had 4 shots at goal and scored 2, I got 18 shots on goal and got 1, 5 CCC´s crazy game over 60% possession.
