I have tried to edit the Mexican league to my wishes (no two half competitions, foreigner limits, added divisions). I have deleted the CONCACAF (North American) CL, as I'd rather have the top Mexican sides join the Copa Libertadores. After one year of simulating the game, instead of the top 3 (or top2 + cup winner) a random selection of three teams entered the Copa Libertadores for Mexico. No cup winners, no title winners, just random teams.
Any way I can fix this?
