M'gladbach - Transfer kitty = 15 million

I'm M'gladbach and I have 15 million euro's at my disposal. I sold both De Camargo (8mil) and Hanke (6mil) and I got Quintero (1.8mil), Kara (0.8 mil), Martins (0.5mil) and Hildebrandt (free).

Because I entirely changed the squad I need to change the squad depth again, I need to buy with this 15 million:
1. A poacher who will be second choice behind Quintero
2. AML, an inside forward. Second choice behind Marco Reus
3. An central midfielder (support), second choice after Harvard Nordtveit
4. An advanced playmaker on the AMC, second choice behind Juan Arango
5. Then, the most expensive signing should be: AMR: Winger (Attack); first choice.

I think 15 million should be enough for 4 back-up players and 1 first-teamer if you see what transfers I made.

Isn't Patrick Hermann good backup for both wings?

AMR: Ibrahim Afellay (~4m), Ben Arfa (~10m), Pedro Leon (~7m), Miyaichi?
AMC: Adryan (~1.5m), Djuricic (~3.5m),
ST: Gaston Ramirez (~?), Jackson Martinez (~2.4m), Emmanuel Mayuka (~3.5m)
MC: Andrea Poli (if you can get him), Pedro (Sampdoria, 1.5m)
AML: Vladimir Weiss (~4m), Royston Drenthe (~2m), Eyal Golasa (~2.2m)

aml, piscu, spannish and cheap
amr, boluschi (sp) argentinian from porto.
amc marco verrati (name maybe has 2 t's) italian.
mc andrea poli is quality too.

Herrmann will not be forgotten, but I think he's a bit too unpolished to play a role in my team already.

Shaqiri AMR - 7m
Firmino AMC - 10m (this was replacement for 1st team for retiring Arango in 2nd season)
Golasa AMC/AML/AMR - 2m
Felipe Gutierrez - CM/AML - 3m

You got ripped off with Golasa, had bids accepted for 325k and 600k after he moved.
 
Still didn't find a right winger. It's more difficult than I thought.

Budget = 7 million.
 
ST, you should use Lickie back up for Quintero or you can sign Soukouna for free (sub for AMR)
AML : you have Hermann / Lickie , they'll do well
AMR : Willian, with only 8m you have a brilliant talent.
AMC : Bressan 1m , best cheap AMC, cheap salary, i think you'll use him for 1st team
MC: Andile Jali with 350k, you'll take Nordveit for sub

=> 15-9,4 ~ 5,6m, you should take Rafael Toloi ~ 2,5m, he's next Lucio, great sub for Dante and Stranzl
If you want to build team for future, you can sign Erick Torres ~ 4m (he'll one of best striker in game)
