Micro European Nations Database Edit

Just a minor edit making the Faroese, Andorran and Sammarinese leagues/cups playable, for all you fans of the Minnows of Europe, like myself.

The add the leagues simply add the .dbc files into your "editor data" file, which can be located at "Sports Interactive/Football Manager 13/editor data", if it's not there you will have to update it.

For best results, when starting make it so you have "all players of nationality" and "all players based in nation" ticked for the nation of your choice.

Would it be possible for you to make micro nations of other continents such as the Caribbean islands or pacific islands ?
