Mid Season Slump

I was 3rd on the Liga BBVA managing bilbao winning against barcelona and madrid, but then after mid season I cant even get home wins to Granada. Any tips? I am playing a 433 posession based tactic.
I know I might need to improve my defense but i was doing well on the first half of the season.

You need to feed us with more information. Players, tactics, instructions used. How about familiarity? Do you talk with your players in halftime to boost their morale? If you used the same lines, your talking won't be so effective.

Also teams get used to scouting your tactics and players! So you need to change it up maybe subtle things like maybe a DLF to a F9 or a B2B cm to a Ball Winner?

Obviously Cohesion is perfect since its bilbao. I am palying a 433 Posession based. 4 back + Half Back + DLP + AP + 2wingers + Target Man.
Morale is good. They just started loosing.
