Middlesbrough in the prem... played 7, won 0!! help with tactics?

After guiding Boro to the premiership in the first year and a few in my eyes good signings i thought i would be able to guid them to a mid table finesh, after 7 games im still yet to win?! help? what is the best tactic to survive in the prem?

i got my fm save on middlesbrough and i finished fourth with them
if you still have mcdonald play him alot keep boyd as a impact player buy a good winger if you can as middlesbrough have no good wingers really and i dunno about the people you brought in dunno if their is a great winger in them
