Millwall in The Championship

I’ve just got Millwall promoted from League 1 in my first season (2007/08) and I am desperate to strengthen in all areas of the pitch. I’ve been given a transfer budged of £3m and a wage budged of £95k a week. I am looking to sign a couple top class player that will perform straight away in the Championship and ideally sign a few youth player that will do well in a season or two. Any suggestions?
